Six thousand former NFL players are suing the publisher Electronic Arts for publishing their prototypes without their permissions in the game Madden NFL 09. THe plaintiffs claim that EA knowingly and intentionally used the data from real players in the game in such a way as to avoid having to pay royalties. Tony Davis, a veteran of the NFL, confirms that the virtual prototypes have exactly the same weight, height, position and other key paramters, like the real players at the moment of their stay in the league. In fact, changing only the names and numbers on the form. But this did not prevent fans of American football to determine what a real persion hiding unter a false name. Footballers are determined to prorect their copyrights and to punish the miserly publisher.

Combat and Gameplay has been updated! Gameplay has been improved to produce a smooth, immersive, and skill-based combat.
Vehicle handling has been improved.
All weapons have been rebalanced and now include recoil.
Realtime Worlds decided to extend the deadline for the redeeming fo your Buddy Keys! The Deadline is now Sunday 15th August, giving you an
extra week to get your Buddy Key and use it to create a trial account. Remember, you will still get your full 7 hours/5 days no matter when you redeem your key, as long as it's before this new date.
The patch 1.3.1 is upcoming for APB tomorrow, who doesn't read the patch notes of the version 1.3.1 can read them here, the full patch notes will be released tommorow.
Players who were unable to retrieve their monthly league rewards will be
able to do so after 1.3.1 goes live, via the in-game mail system. If
you are one of the unfortunate players whose mails have been deleted or
expired, we will release more information on how to reclaim them on
The release of the patch will be accompanied by a period of maintenance
lasting for four hours from 09:00 BST to 13:00 BST after which, players
will be able to commence San Paros regularly scheduled urban warfare.

Fight for control of M-COM stations in White Pass Rush Mode. Capture and
hold tactical positions as Nelson Bay is enhanced with Conquest Mode.
The map pack is available with the VIP code which is included in every
new copy of Battlefield: Bad Company 2. Players that do not have a code
can purchase one via the in-game store.
