Here are the patch notes for the small patch 1.3.1 (55). GENERAL The achievement ‘Friends In High Places’ is now awarded correctly to players who have achieved the required criteria. An exploit that allowed players utilizing keyboard macros to rapidly and continuously witness criminals has been addressed. Cash rewards for witnessing have been removed as a temporary solution while they work on a more suitable fix.
