Here are the patch notes for the small patch 1.3.1 (55).

GENERAL

• The achievement ‘Friends In High Places’ is now awarded correctly to players who have achieved the required criteria.
• An exploit that allowed players utilizing keyboard macros to rapidly and continuously witness criminals has been addressed. Cash rewards for witnessing have been removed as a temporary solution while they work on a more suitable fix.

Today all APB game server will be offline between 09:00 GMT until 12:00 GMT. This is to deploy the 1.3.1 (55) Patch!. This is a small patch to fix "I"ve Friends in High Placed" achievement and an exploit. The full patch notes will be available later.
